Not taking jobs from 1/9/15 - 12/9/15

I am away on holiday from the 1st of September until the 12th of September, and as a result we cannot take any jobs during this period. Kyle will still be here working on tidying up the workshop and some already booked customer vehicles, but he will not be taking anymore vehicles in during those 2 weeks. Emails are also highly unlikely to be answered as Beau will also be away for the 2 week period.

Closed 18/07/15 & 25/07/15

Unfortunately, we will be closed this Saturday the 18th and next Saturday the 25th. Apologies for any inconveniences. 

Full Service price revised

We've taken another look at our full service prices and found we previously underestimated the labour time. As a result, the price for our service on Split Screen and Bay vans with a T1 engine has slightly increased, as has our full service for T4 engines. Additionally, we have decided to give T25 water-cooled vehicles and standard Beetles a separate price due to their shorter labour times. So, the new prices for our various full services' are as follows:

All prices subject to 20% VAT

• Split Screen & Bay with T1 Engine - £ 250.00

• Bay with T4 Engine - £ 270.00

• Type 25 Water-Cooled engine - £ 245.00

• Standard Beetles - £ 230.00

Performance engine prices will vary based on parts used

Closed for Easter

As you may expect, we will be closed all day Friday 3rd and Monday 6th of April for Easter; however, we will be open for the morning of Saturday 4th, just like every Saturday. Enjoy your holidays.

Email update

We managed to fix our email client and it seems to be functioning normally; no cases of emails not reaching their destination so far. I have, however, spent a great deal of the little time I have finding a back up client should things go pear-shaped. Hopefully, this means that if another email client related problem should occur on our end, it should not effect the speed at which we respond to customer's queries.

Email replies

Today we've had a few frustrating issues with our email client and in order to fix them, I'm going to have to spend quite a bit of time backing up, uninstalling, re-installing or maybe transferring to a new client altogether. As a result of this, some emails may take a little longer to be replied to (a few more hours, not days at least) for which we apologize.  Once this issue has been fixed, I'll post another update.

Full service price revised

Having gone through and revised the prices of a great many parts in our shop whilst performing an accurate stock check, we have found the prices for the parts required for a Full Service are different to what was previously thought. As such, the complete set price for a Full Service has been changed accordingly and will also be dependent on the engine the service is for. 

Here are the new prices:

• All standard Beetles - £230
• Type 2 (Split screen and Bay) with T1 engines - £230
• Type 2 (Bay and Type 25 air-cooled) with T4 engines - £240

Please note that all of these prices are subject to 20% VAT

Also note that any performance engine vehicles may vary in price to the standard engines due to the high performance parts and oils used. 

Also note, we would require a minimum of 4.5 - 5 hours to perform the Full Service.
